Use this page to request deletion of data associated with Jewel Carnival where applicable.
How to request deletion
Email us at info@masikatigames.co.za with the subject line Jewel Carnival Data Deletion Request.
Include these details
- Your Google Play account email or the email used to contact support.
- Your device type and approximate date of last use.
- A short statement that you want Jewel Carnival data deleted.
- Any support ticket or purchase order details if your request relates to a purchase issue.
What can be deleted
We will review and delete information that we control and can reasonably identify, such as support records or app-related data linked to your request.
What may not be deleted immediately
Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, anti-fraud, payment, tax, dispute, or record-keeping reasons. Google Play purchase records are managed by Google and may be subject to Google’s own retention practices.
If the game does not use an account
If Jewel Carnival stores progress locally on your device only, you can remove local data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app’s storage from Android Settings. Contact us if you need help identifying additional data related to support or purchase issues.
