How virtual currency works
Gems are premium in-game currency. Coins are in-game currency used for gameplay-related items such as boosters. Boosters help during gameplay and may include Extra Time, Freeze Time, Shuffle, and Hammer.
Delivery issues
If a purchase completes but gems are not added after restarting the app, contact us at info@masikatigames.co.za and include your Google Play order number.
Refunds
Refunds are handled through Google Play. If Google Play approves a refund, related in-game entitlement may be adjusted where technically possible and permitted.
Consumables
Gem packs are consumable products. This means they can be purchased more than once and are added to your in-game balance after a successful purchase.
